Topsfield is known for its fine school system and is served by two elementary schools, the Steward Elementary School instructs Topsfield's youngest students - grades K-3.  The Steward School News is a great source of up to date school information.  Grades 4-6 are educated at the Proctor School seen below which is located just off the common in the center of Topsfield.  Topsfield MCAS results placed 28th of the 373 towns listed in the Boston Globe ranked public school districts on their average rank on all MCAS tests taken Spring 2004.

Topsfield along with Boxford and Middleton are part of the Masconomet Regional School System for grades 7-12.  Masconomet Regional has just completed a major expansion and renovation to both its middle school and high school.  Visit the program of study to learn more quality of education the school affords this community.
