  Georgetown offers an active youth sports program as detailed in the High School's Athletic Department Calendar and the Georgetown Athletic Association, the parent organization to all recreational youth sporting programs in the town. The Middle/High School is associated with the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association.
The Georgetown Club, a private golf and country club, offers two banquet facilities and catering service provided by the clubs professional catering staff. The Georgetown Club maintains an eighteen hole, par 72 championship golf course, a driving range, heated pool and an active social schedule.
